2. User Rights and Obligations

Payment

Refund Policy

The courses and materials sold on the website are digital products. In line with international practice for digital goods, the seller applies a “all sales are final” policy.
This means that once a purchase is completed, no refunds or exchanges are provided, except in the cases expressly listed in the Exceptions section below.
Exceptions
A refund is possible only in the following cases:

• technical issues that make it impossible to access the purchased material; or
• an accidental duplicate payment for the same product.

The User must contact customer support within 3 (three) business days from the date of purchase and provide the order number along with a description of the issue.
Consent Statement
By proceeding to payment, the User, through the very act of purchase, confirms that they have read and understood the No-Refund Policy and fully agree to its terms.
